yet compelling metaphor for the culinary voyage you embark upon while dining here and browsing through our extensive menu. Each region has its own distinctly different cooking style, based on the climate, crops grown and religious influences. We handpicked only the most interesting recipes from different states of India to make you gastronomic journey complete. In keeping with the spirit of the religious underpinnings of vegetarianism, the
Last Train to India menu features a large repertoire of Vegetarian dishes too.
Without pandering to the western palate, our chefs have endeavored to stay true to the actual origin of each regional dish, honestly researching and recreating flavours that one would normally associate only with home cooked food. The chefs are veterans from the elite hotels of India with a total experience of more than 40 years behind them.
